Cancelation Policy

Cancelation Policy

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes, you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. As a solo salon loft owner, I value your time and mine. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all clients, I have established the following cancellation policy:

Appointment Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide me with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows me to adjust my schedule and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

Late Cancellations & No Shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time will be considered late cancellations. In such cases, If you are a repeat late canceler, you will not be allowed to schedule appointments too far in advance and maybe day of only.

If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a "no-show." I understand that emergencies can happen, but repeated no-shows may result in the following actions:

  • For the first no-show, I will contact you to discuss the situation and request your understanding.

  • For subsequent no-shows, I may require a prepayment for future appointments, or you will only be allowed to schedule appointments the day of.

Rescheduling

I understand that circumstances can change. If you need to reschedule your appointment, I will do my best to accommodate your request. However, please be mindful of repeated rescheduling, as it may affect my ability to schedule appointments in a timely manner.

Late Arrivals

I value punctuality as it ensures that I can provide you with the best service possible. If you arrive late for your appointment, I may need to shorten your service to avoid inconveniencing clients with subsequent appointments. If I am running behind, I will do my best to let you know ahead of time as to not disturb your schedule for the day. Things happen, and we are only human!

How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact me by email, at LeSalonByJennyT@gmail.com. Please provide your name, appointment date and time, and the reason for the cancellation or rescheduling.

Understanding and Communication

I am committed to maintaining a respectful and open line of communication with my clients. If you have any questions or concerns regarding my cancellation policy, please feel free to discuss them with me.

Exceptions

I understand that certain situations, such as emergencies or illness, can make it impossible to provide advance notice of a cancellation. In such cases, I will assess each situation individually and exercise discretion.

Return & Refund Policy

My goal is for each client to love their results. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your service(s), my refund policies is laid out as such:

1. Services received cannot be refunded. I will gladly adjust any service you receive within 1 week of your appointment. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, I will schedule you a time to return to the salon, so your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, I will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by re-doing/tweaking your hair, at no additional charge to you.

2. Refunds for products purchased will only be considered if presented within 1 week of purchase. Products can only be refunded as an exchange, if unused and in its original packaging. If a product is opened or used, it is possible that an exchange can't happen. For all product refunds, a receipt is necessary.

Booking Policy

At Le Salon By Jenny, I am dedicated to providing a personalized and exceptional salon experience for our clients. To ensure a smooth and efficient booking process, please read and adhere to my booking policy.

Booking Methods:

  1. Online Booking: Clients can conveniently book their appointments online through the website

  2. Email Booking: Clients can also submit booking requests via email by sending their appointment details to LeSalonByJennyT@gmail.com.

Appointment Request Guidelines:

  1. Advance Booking: I recommend booking your appointment at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Last-minute appointments may be available, but we cannot guarantee availability. Still never hurts to try!

  2. Appointment Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email or response within 24 hours of submitting your booking request via email during regular business hours Tuesday-Friday. It may take longer to receive a response on off days. This confirmation will include your appointment date, time, and any specific instructions.

  3. Booking Information: When submitting a booking request, please include the following information:

    • Full Name

    • Contact Information (phone number and email)

    • Preferred Date and Time

    • Service(s) Requested

    • Any Special Requests or Notes (long hair, super curly etc..)
